A: You can email us at info@techvantics.com or call us directly at 215-362-8526 and an event coordinator will contact you to discuss the details of your event.
A: The photo coordinator is your contact at Techvantics. This individual will be your primary contact for any questions and the coordination of your event so that you always speak with the same person, who is familiar with the needs your event or teams.
A: We will shoot on any day of the week! We work with your organization to meet the needs or your event and teams! In addition to offering centralized, single-day photo shoots, we also offer the flexability and convienience of at-game and/or at-practice shoots where our staff attends a regularly scheduled game or practice to take photos so families don't have to make an extra trip or wait in line for photos!
A: Typical groups (10-20 people) such as: baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc. are generally photographed in 10 minute intervals. For larger groups can take longer, so we typically bring additional photographers for groups with larger teams to ensure a fast and convienient photo shoot.
A: Yes. We schedule or intervals so that teams have ample time to arrive and even save a few extra minutes to wait for late arriving players. Shoots where we can use our bluescreen/greenscreen compositing backgrounds run even faster as there is no need wait for late players.
A: The most common approach to ording is to collect paper envelope forms with payment at the photo shoot. We distribute envelopes and product price lists well in advance of your shoot so families have time to review their selections. We also bring extra envelopes to every shoot. Photogrpahers do not carry cash so exact payment is requested.
After a shoot is completed, photos are also posted online for further review and ordering. For online ordering, parents may visit our website and order online, by phone, or by mail.
A: We accept all major credit cards and there is no minimum payment for credit card orders.
A: Our photographers make every effort to be as accommodating as possible for late players, so long as we can avoid undue impact to families that do arrive ontime. In the case of compositing shoots, there is no need to wait for all players to be present at once. For non-compositing shoots, we will always photograph the individual player that arrives late. Whenever possible, we can often (though not always) add individuals to the group photo in the post production process. We will do our best to accommodate this when possible. We know parents and players enjoy these pictures, so we always make every effort to include everyone and will even happily re-shoot a team photo if the group is still present when the late player does arrive.
A: Absolutely, we love providing one-of-a-kind portraits. Just let our staff know when you arrive so we can plan accordingly as we work through portraits of all the players for your team.
A: Techvantics knows you are anxious to receive your photos and we deliver your league orders within 21 business days of the event and sooner when possible. Online orders are mailed within 10 business days though customized products may take longer.
A: Every order is individually packaged and marked with the player's name for easy distribution.
A: Yes. Parents may order additional prints by mail or online. The photos are available for viewing online and the pricing remains the same.
A: Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Parents have the option of requesting a re-shoot of individual pictures, reprints, or a full refund. Parents should contact our office directly by phone or email.
A: We work to post all events and photo day pictures within 48 hours of a shoot. We know you are anxious for your photos but we do want to take the time to properly categorize and review all pictures prior to posting to the web.
A: Typically we will keep an event online for 60 days unless the organization requests a longer time period.
